Free postage for orders over £150.00

We will endeavour to release for purchase for next day delivery on all orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays. Otherwise please allow 48 hours. If payment has been made with an e-cheque, this must clear before the goods are released and can take up to 10 days.

If goods which you have ordered are out of stock, we shall contact you regarding estimated delivery times or alternatives available.

Oh Knickers! Online Returns Policy

If you have purchased an unsuitable item and need it exchanging, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for us to issue a returns authorisation and to reserve an appropriate alternative.

The returned goods must reach us within 14 days from date of purchase. Goods must then be returned unworn, unwashed with all labels intact. If we feel that this has not been adhered to we will not allow the return.

We check all items before they are sent. However, if you find you have a faulty item please contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage, so please get proof of posting.
